Billing cycle update notice
Hello,
We would like to inform you about an upcoming change to how billing periods are applied for Moaform’s paid plans.
Currently, the billing periods are defined as follows:
- Monthly plan: 30 days
- Annual plan: 365 days
Because of this fixed-day calculation, some users have experienced difficulties managing their billing dates. Monthly plans can shift depending on months with 28, 29, 30, or 31 days, and annual plans may shift in leap years.
To resolve this issue, we will be switching both the monthly and annual plans to a date-based billing cycle. This means your plan will always renew on the same calendar date each month or year, making your billing schedule more consistent and easier to manage.
For example, if you purchase a monthly plan on January 20, your expiration dates will be February 20, March 20, April 20, and so on. If you purchase a plan on a date that does not exist in certain months (e.g., January 31), the expiration date will be adjusted to the last day of each month, such as February 28 (or 29), March 31, April 30, May 31, June 30, etc.
This change will take effect on December 8, 2025. Plans purchased before December 8, 2025 will continue to follow the existing 30-day billing interval, while plans purchased on or after December 8, 2025 will follow the new date-based billing system described above. Please keep this in mind when managing your subscription.
Thank you.
