Schedule change for billing cycle update

Hello,

A few days ago, we announced an upcoming change to how billing cycles are calculated. The effective date for this change was originally set for December 8, 2025, but it has now been moved back by one week to December 15, 2025.

To briefly recap the billing cycle update:
Previously, billing periods were calculated based on a fixed number of days (30 days for monthly plans and 365 days for annual plans). With the update, billing cycles will shift to a date-based system (e.g., the 20th of every month, the last day of every month, March 15 every year, etc.).

Payments processed before the change takes effect will continue to follow the existing 30-day interval. However, all payments processed after the change—including automatic renewals—will follow the new date-based billing rules.
