Feature Update Notice – Exit control options integrated

Some options within the Exit control settings under the Collect menu have been consolidated.

Among the previous Exit control options, “Moaform default” and “Not in use” have now been merged into a single “Moaform default” option.

Now, when “Moaform default” is selected:

• For forms created by BASIC or PLUS plan users, a “Leave” button will appear on the Thank you page, and clicking it will redirect respondents to the Moaform promotion page.
• For forms created by PRO plan users, the “Leave” button will not be displayed by default.

In other words, for PRO users, keeping the option set to “Moaform default” will have the same effect as the previous “Not in use” option.

This change was made to eliminate the inconvenience for PRO users who previously had to manually switch the setting to “Not in use” every time. From now on, once you upgrade to the PRO plan, the “Leave” button that redirects to the Moaform promotion page will no longer appear automatically, making the experience much more convenient.
