New Feature - New response notice

A new feature is added at August 10^th, 2020.

You can now be notified by email when new answers are collected in your form. You don't need to log in frequently just to check for new answers. Collaborators can get notifications at their own intervals, regardless of the form owner's settings.

New response notice settings can be set in the ‘COLLECT’ page of the form.
