New Features - PLUS service and Using Paid Features

Plus service is now available. Plus service is cheaper than Pro with useful features.

The way you create paid features and upgrade your account has changed. You can create paid features and test them out with preview without upgrading account. However, you should upgrade your account or remove all the paid features to collect responses.

If Pro or Plus users are downgraded to Basic, respondents can no longer respond to the forms containing paid features. To make the forms available to be responded, upgrade your account or remove all the paid features.

Beta testing of both ‘Form logic’ and ‘Restrict multiple responses by response code and URL’ features has ended. Show / Hide logic, Exit to web page logic, and Response code and URL feature are now only available to Pro or Plus service users. Forms that already are collecting responses using these features can still collect responses, but you cannot edit them until upgrade your account or remove those features.
