New Feature Announcement – Automatically Send Emails to Respondents (Respondent Email)

We’re excited to introduce the Respondent Email feature, which allows you to automatically send emails when a respondent submits a form.

You can send different messages depending on which Thank you page the respondent reaches, making it perfect for application confirmations, result notifications, or personalized follow-up messages.

It’s easy to set up, and you can personalize the communication by inserting response data as variables in the email subject and body.

This feature is available on the PRO plan.
