Upcoming Change to Grace Period Notification

Please be informed that effective April 22, 2024, the grace period will be changed to 7 days. Previously, users who had expired paid service subscriptions were granted a 30-day grace period. During this time, while access to Moaform services was not available, the collection of responses for surveys with applied paid features continued.

With the introduction of features allowing the retrieval of response data without directly accessing Moaform, such as API, webhooks, and Slack integration, we are adjusting this grace period to 7 days.

Users who are already in their grace period as of April 22, 2024, and have surpassed 7 days since their expiration will be immediately downgraded to the BASIC service. Please keep this change in mind.
