New feature alert - Bulk download of attachments

Until now, to download the attachments collected from the "file upload" questions, you had to click on each attachment.

Now, you can bulk download all the attachments collected for that survey as a ZIP file by clicking the "Download" button at the top left of the results page. If the total file size is over 2GB, it will be divided and compressed into multiple files for downloading.

The attachment download is only possible for PRO grade owners and PRO grade collaborators. Previously, collaborators who are not PRO grade could download attachments, but this was due to an error and has now been corrected. Please refer to it.
